On most days, his meals are simple and nutritious – traditional roti sabzi with some salad or chaas. As a vegetarian, he made it a point to make sure he was getting enough protein from healthy sources such as cheese, dairy, sprouts, beans, and more. All meals are cooked with pure ghee or coconut oil for maximum satiety and nutrition.
