Ingredients: 1 tablespoon oil, ½ tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon, 3-4 black peppercorns, 1 cardamom, 2 cloves, ½ tablespoon mustard seeds, 1 chopped shallot, ½ teaspoon ginger, ½ tsp garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp carrots, 2 tbsp beans, 2 tbsp peas, 100g bean sprouts, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp paprika powder, 100g white rice and 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi.
