Vikings’ Justin Jefferson amazing catch left him in shock: ‘The whole play was crazy’

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson emerged as one of the NFL's top players in his third season and pulled off a stunning catch in the crunch of the team's win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
Near the end of the game on the 4th and 18th, Kirk Cousins found Jefferson screaming from the sidelines. The pass was so high that Jefferson could barely catch it with one hand and knocked the ball down on the first pass to extend the pass. Somehow, even though cornerback Cam Lewis was grabbing the football with two hands, he managed to grab the ball.

Jefferson's incredible catch helped Minnesota get to the goal line, but the offense would stall. It took a few different quirks for the Vikings to win, including a Josh Allen fumble in his own end zone, Eric Kendricks recovering it, and then Patrick Peterson's in overtime. intercept.
“Just as my body was going up, he caught the ball in his hands and I got the ball out of his hands, and the whole game was crazy,” Jefferson said via the team's website after the game. “But it started off the O line and the block gave Kirk enough time to get a chance to play, but it wasn't just me. It was a collective win. A lot of people played a lot in this win. I Nice to go 8-1.
