Ragi recipes you must include in your weight loss diet

Take a pan and dry bake the sooji for 2 minutes. Let it cool. Next, take a bowl and add the toasted sooji along with the ragi, yogurt, coriander leaves and salt. Mix all the ingredients and add water little by little until you get a smooth consistency batter. Let stand for 20-30 minutes.

When done, take out the batter and add a little baking soda. Grease the idli tray with some oil. Pour in the batter and place the tray in the idli steamer. Steam for 6-7 minutes. When done, let it cool down a bit and remove the idlis. Serve.
