Ola Jordan has once again shown off her incredible figure after shedding 3.5 stone in a hilarious video this week.

The 40-year-old former Strictly professional dancer teased her newfound confidence as she went shopping in nothing but a white lace bodysuit.

Husband James, 44, was shocked to see her scantily clad walking down the street, saying: “We get it, you've lost weight!”.

Gorgeous Ola regains hope with a bag and her stunning figure is on full display in this fun clip.

Her ensemble pieces featured lace and sheer panel detailing and a thong that flashed as she turned her back to the camera.

‘where have you been? ’ asked James when he met Ola at the door, with whom he shares 2-year-old daughter Ella.

She proclaims “shopping”, to which James replies, “Like that?”, dumbfounded.

“You have to start wearing clothes, people get it, good job, you lose weight, but you have to start wearing clothes, it's getting boring,” he said.

Both Ola and James have posted a series of “before and after” photos and videos to their social media pages, showing off their recent weight loss.

The couple got back into shape after gaining weight after the birth of their only daughter Ella in 2020 and showed off a combined 6.5 stone loss.

Ora previously admitted she was “shocked” and “disappointed” by what she thought was her “mom figure” after sharing an unflattering holiday photo with Instagram followers in July.

Earlier this week, James came under fire for “putting pressure on new mothers” in a now-deleted post that shared post-natal photos of Ola to promote their weight loss plans.

They've lost a combined 6.5 since launching Dance Shred, a 12-week fitness program they've been busy promoting.

But James' recent post sparked outrage after he posted before and after photos of Ola holding their two-year-old daughter Ella, which have since been deleted.

One photo shows his wife holding newborn Ella shortly after giving birth, while another, taken about two years later, shows Ola holding her baby after she recently lost weight.

In the caption, James said Ola is now “half the woman she used to be”, while his wife shared the same post, saying she couldn't believe how much she had “shrunk”.

However, James has been criticized for using Ola's postpartum photo as a “before” photo, as they claim it's an “unfair comparison” and sends a “dangerous message,” according to The Express.

In a comment shared by the publication, one fan raged: “Please don't use postpartum photos to compare whether new mothers are stressed enough because I'm sure you have a photo from last year that you can use.”

“Wow, look how amazing she is now, half of what she used to be – she's so good, maybe a size 12 before.” It sends a dangerous message.

According to The Express, James originally captioned the now-deleted post: “Wow! What a change! Ola is half her old age and Ella is almost her age now [laughing face emoji].

‘Ola literally looks like the other guy on the left! Thanks to our Dance Shred program.

“So if you're looking for Monday motivation to get back to you in the healthiest and most confident way possible, we're still offering a diet and dance fitness plan.”

“Honestly, the community we have in our private Facebook group is the best. Every day I see people being supported, motivated and having fun.
