My 3,000 Pound Life star Kathy King stunned fans with her jaw-dropping 41st weight loss transformation.
The 34-year-old TV star looked unrecognizable as he proudly showed off his slim figure.

After surgery and a strict diet and fitness regime, Kathy lost half her body weight.
Casey, from Georgia, USA, appeared on the TLC reality TV show “Family by the Ton” weighing over 50 pounds thanks to a lifestyle based on laughing at junk food and gaming.
He would play computer games naked all day and refuse to exercise.
Fast-forward four years and Casey has changed his life, most recently showing off his svelte physique on social media.
He posed for a selfie in a turquoise gym suit and told fans: “2022 was good and I hope 2023 will be even better.
“Many resolutions and many plans for the future.”
Casey shared a series of photos looking slimmer than ever, including one in which he looked dapper in a white shirt and red tie, and one rocking a denim jacket and gray hoodie.
He also looked handsome in a classic white T-shirt and was all smiles as he posed for a selfie in his workout gear.
He added: “These photos represent the good and the bad times of the year”
“It's definitely been a journey, and I'm excited to be here to experience it all and have the opportunity to continue making memories with my friends and family.”
Casey's fans were stunned by the epic physical transformation, praising his hard work and dedication.
One wrote: “Wow your body transformation is unbelievable. You should be very, very proud of your efforts.”
Another wrote: “Can't believe you're the same guy on the show playing video games in bed. Barely can't get out of the car. Good job.”
A third added: “You look amazing with consistency that pays off. You give people hope.”
Always a strong kid, Casey started gaining weight as a teenager working in restaurants where he ate food in the kitchen.
Soon the work became too hard, and when he lost his job, his mom threw him out.
The only place he can go is his father's.
Kathy said on the show: “I'd probably eat it until I died.
“I wake up around 12 and find out what I'm going to eat right away [then it's] TV, video games, sleeping—these aren't many activities. “
Unemployed Kathy said: “So I was as free as possible to sit there naked and nobody bothered me – the door was closed and we were fine.
“I'm safe, video games are my escape
“I was accepted in all those virtual reality worlds and the game world I was in. Nobody saw me.
“That's my outside world, where I can be the Casey I want to be, but not be judged on my weight.”
