Kyle Richards Talks About Sobriety, Health, Fitness Amid Weight Loss
Kyle Richards has been devastated by his decision to quit drinking. real housewives of beverly hills Crew members plan to “take [her] Fitness to the next level. She's adjusted her diet, too: Starting Feb. 15, Kyle will be sober for seven months.
In her most recent Instagram Story, Kyle opened up about her sobriety. “The truth is I don't miss [drinking] Not at all,” she wrote, per peopleShe also revealed that she doesn't have a specific time frame for sobriety — but she doesn't plan to drink anytime soon.
“I feel great so don't understand this right now,” she wrote. When asked by a follower if she missed her signature margarita, Kyle wrote, “So far, no.”
In the January 23 podcast with Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Tamra Judge, Two Ts in a PodKyle starts talking about her recent weight loss.
“After gaining weight over the summer, on July 15th, I got off the boat and said, ‘That's it. I didn't eat any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought maybe, you know, two, three I didn't lose weight until a week later,” she said.
“But then I lost weight, I was working out every day, I started losing weight, I felt good, and I thought, ‘Why am I going back to that?' So I haven't had a drink yet.”
When it comes to exercising, “[I] Love my Peloton,” Kyle wrote in another Instagram story. “I use it for about [three] Now several times a week, I used to make some [Peloton’s] Strength Training [classes] But not anymore. I do enjoy arm and interval training classes when I'm short on time. “
Luckily, Kyle's home gym has everything she needs to keep spinning and lifting weights. The space has a Peloton and a weight rack. It also has a treadmill, yoga equipment and a place for Kyle's beloved dog to relax while she sweats.
Back in her story, Kyle also answered a question about her diet.this halloween killing The actress revealed that her daytime snacks are fruit, raw nuts, hummus carrots and peanut butter apples. (Previously, she revealed that her diet consists mostly of protein, fruits and vegetables.)
This isn't the first time Kyle has spoken about her eating and exercise habits in recent days. Back in January, she shared photos of herself looking perfectly fitted in a petite black bikini. Speculation began to swirl about diet pills and a tummy tuck, but Kyle quickly put the rumors to rest.
Despite her recent uptick in fitness goals, Kyle has long been a healthy eater. In the 2019 clip above, she shares a glimpse of her fridge full of fruits, veggies, and bone broth.
