Ivanka Trump fans claim she’s ‘lost weight’ but she eats healthy diet with ‘right choices’
Ivanka's diet and exercise regime have changed a lot over the years. Back in 2016, she told Eat This, Not That! She “eats like a teenager”.
Before she got pregnant, she said she “eat carbs three times a day, usually pasta or pizza.” She continued: “Slowly, I started to really enjoy, if not crave, these healthier options. Healthy eating now It's the norm for me, especially breakfast and lunch.”
After her pregnancy, Ivanka said she ate a balanced diet based on “making the right choices.”
She eats healthy, filling foods like salmon, chicken, salads and vegetable soups, and healthy fats like salmon and fatty fish like mackerel to keep you fuller for longer.
