Nearly 40 percent of Illinois adults and nearly 20 percent of Illinois children are obese, according to the American Health Foundation, a nonpartisan public health group. But, in the past year, Danish company Novo Nortis has launched two new diabetes drugs that some people are now using to lose weight.
We spent a full hour discussing two diabetes drugs for weight loss with two doctors and an author. To wrap up our talk, we tackle weight-related stigma.
