“I kept more of my calorie and protein goals, but I allowed myself to eat what I liked within that barrier,” she explains.
Her workout routine also starts with simple steps. “In the beginning, I just had my baby and couldn't exercise, so the only thing I could do was walk,” Cassie explained.
“I think my first step goal is to get 8,000 steps per day.”
But these simple and most importantly, sustainable changes to her lifestyle and diet meant that Cassie lost 9 pounds, or over half a stone, in the first month of her weight loss journey.
