“It's also a liquid, like water, and helps keep your tank or stomach full, so if you're trying to lose weight, it helps you eat more moderate amounts of food,” Burak explains.

“The amount of caffeine you consume when you wake up can be the difference between whether or not you work out that day,” Burak explains. “Especially as a mom, it really gives me energy and motivates me, and is part of a calming morning ritual , so I owe coffee a lot of love. Of course, but also make sure to focus on quality sleep and don’t use coffee for artificial energy in the long term.”
Black coffee is a very low-calorie beverage.
If you prefer to drink black coffee, Burak says a cup of coffee contains less than five calories. So, a regular cup of hot, additive-free coffee has zero sugar and essentially no calories, making it an ideal drink if you're trying to lose weight.

“Whether your health goals include weight loss or not, be wary of extras you might add to your coffee that can add a lot of unnecessary calories to your diet and add sugar and saturated fat,” Burak explains . “Drink a few cups of coffee a day or less so it doesn't make you jittery, increase anxiety, or interfere with your night's sleep. Also, remember that coffee is not water and won't help you stay properly hydrated, So make sure you drink enough water.”
