Easy and healthy weight loss recipes for teenagers

Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 1/2 cup plain yogurt; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1 teaspoon ground coriander; 1 teaspoon paprika; salt and pepper to taste; whole wheat pita bread; and lettuce, Tomatoes and avocados are served.
Method: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ground cumin, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Now, add the chicken breasts and spread with the yogurt mixture. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and grill 5-7 minutes per side. Bake the pita bread on the grill.
Toss some lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado in pita bread for a sandwich, then top with delicious grilled chicken. Serve hot.
