The first move Austin showed was called “Tik Tok”. To perform this bouncy movement, “you lift your legs and arms,” with a little pep in your stride. In the video, Austin lifts one arm (putting the other arm on her hip) while lifting the other leg to the side, her grounded leg giving a slight jump. She repeats non-stop on the other side as she brings her arms back to her hips and her legs back to the floor. “Stretch and tone,” Austin exclaims as he performs the move. “you are right!”
Austin explained that the second movement was her “favorite.” To perform a punch, you need to “reach out, lower your body” and “use your leg muscles.” Like the other two moves, this one is quick and repetitive. Austin begins her demonstration by extending one leg to the side into a wide side lunge position while quickly punching the same arm out, extending beyond the front (bent) leg. She then returns to center and repeats on the other side in one quick motion.
Austin explained that the final move “worked your legs and your booty.” “Also, keep your heart rate up!” To perform the tap, Austin stood first, facing forward. She then moves her upper body slightly to the side while extending her back legs behind her and her arms back. She continues the movement by quickly returning to center and alternating between each side.
