Chanelle Hayes displays incredible 9st weight loss in a skimpy bikini

Chanelle Hayes showed off her amazing weight loss while enjoying a beach holiday in Spain.
The 35-year-old star lost 9 stone, going from a size 18 to a size 10, after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in August 2020.
The mother-of-two showed off her slim figure in a petite cream bikini that accentuated her shrinking figure.
She looked in good spirits as she posed for selfies on a sun lounger and walked along the shoreline.
Chanelle managed to laugh despite admitting she often struggles with the “terrible” pain caused by osteoarthritis – the most common type of arthritis in the UK.

In an interview with OK! magazine, Chanelle said: ‘I'm 8th now and I'm a dress size 6-8. Last summer I weighed about 9 lbs 5 lbs and before the sleeves I was a size 22 and 17 lbs 4 lbs.
“I've actually been stressed out about college deadlines and the kids' schedules with school and their dads, and I think that's contributing to the weight loss.
“It means my skin has loosened up, so while I still feel a million times better than when I wasn't healthy, I'm now like, ‘Maybe I want to do something about this', so I'm considering a tummy tuck
The reality star began by adding: “I think it's aging me a bit,” before admitting she was also considering breast augmentation because she thought her breasts were “disfigured” after the procedure.

Elsewhere, Chanel, speaking about her osteoarthritis, revealed that it took her a long time to be diagnosed.
She said: “It took a long time because you can't diagnose with a blood test.
“I've actually had pain in my left hip and left knee for a long, long time, so it probably started in 2017 when I was pregnant with my second son.
‘It hasn't really improved since then. Then I was diagnosed with chronic pain, fatigue and ME which was managed with certain medications and other treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy.
“But the pain is still so intense, it wakes me up at night, I can't sit like this for too long, and when I'm driving it comes on suddenly, it's horrible.”
Chanelle continued: “So I was referred to another physiotherapist and he said it could be bursitis, let's do a pelvic x-ray to make sure it's back, I have it in both hips, But I don't really know how to feel it in my right hip, just in my left hip, but as Shakira says, “my hip doesn't lie”.

When asked by host Stephen McGovern how it affects her mental health, Chanel replied: “It does, which is why we discussed earlier how CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) can really help you when you Now when you treat a person, you are the whole person, even if I have pain in my hip, it affects my state of mind.
“Instead of taking so many meds, it's really important to try to manage how you mentally handle the pain.” Once you get it, you get it, it's not going anywhere, it's not really getting any better good.
