According to Healthline: “The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet is an elimination diet designed to help reduce inflammation or other symptoms caused by autoimmune diseases.”
The star suffers from Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disease in which the thyroid gland is gradually destroyed.
Mo Gilligan is back as Brit Awards host for the second year in a row, with the comedian saying he is “honored” to be back to celebrate the UK music scene's biggest night.

Group of the Year 1975, Arctic Monkeys, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, Nova Twins and Wet Leg, while International Group of the Year includes Black Pink, Drake and 21 Savage, First Aid Kit, Fontaines Dc and Gabriels.
After their four nods, Wet Leg said: “When we started dealing with this crazy news, someone was going to rein in our horses, it was so hard to get a BRIT nomination, we never thought about our little band can do this.'
Alt Rock nominees include The 1975, Arctic Monkeys, Nova Twins, Tom Grennan and Wet Leg.
Stormzy was once again recognized in the Hip-Hop/Grime/Rap category, competing with Aitch, Central Cee, Dave and Loyle Carner.
Becky Hill is nominated again in the dance performance category, having previously won the award last year.
Her nomination opponents are Bonobo, Calvin Harris, Eliza Rose and Fred Again.
Elsewhere, in the international category, Beyoncé joined Taylor Swift and Lizzo in another two nods.
Winners for International Entertainer of the Year include Beyoncé, Burna Boy, Kendrick Lamar, Lizzo and Taylor Swift.
