The reality star retweeted photos of her friend Joshua Douglas that showed off her smaller physique.
Tammy, who looked noticeably smaller as she posed next to her friend, captioned the post, “Simply the sexiest girl in the world” and “Love you Tammy.”
This is the first post on Tammy's account in over a year that really showcases the progress she has made.

Over the past year, Tammy has lost a lot of weight and completely transformed her look.
On a recent episode of 1,000 Pound Sisters, Tammy weighs in at her rehab center to see if she's at her goal weight.
The reality star has been trying to lose weight in order to qualify for bariatric surgery.
In the video, Tammy says, “I need to get to 550 to be cleared for surgery,” as she rises from her wheelchair and steps onto the scales.

“534.7,” the nurse called.
“Tami, did you see that?!” Tammy's sister Amanda exclaimed, while her other sister, Misty, praised: “I'm so proud of her.”
In a confession, Tammy said: “I lost 14 lbs from my goal weight of over 700 lbs. That's a huge drop!”
When Tammy first came to the clinic, she weighed 717 pounds.
Realizing her achievement, Tammy exclaimed: “I did it! I'm thrilled. Proud. Excited. Just all the emotions.
“I proved everyone wrong. Everyone who doubted me,” she continued cheekily, “I finally got mine! I told you the moment!”
Amanda told her that the next time they met, Tammy would most likely have surgery.
She explained that while her sister needed approval from other doctors, she had already passed the first hurdle.
“I'm ready to end this,” Tammy said.
By the end of the show's third season finale, Tammy had lost 115 pounds in rehab.
Before she could start losing weight, Tammy hit rock bottom and had to be on life support.
While discussing the horrific situation in a recent episode, Tammy admitted she “just doesn't understand” why God “saved” her life “again”.
Looking for Love
Losing weight wasn't the only thing on Tammy's mind during recovery. She also found herself a husband.
His name was Caleb Willingham, and he was in the same facility as Slaton's sister. The couple will wed in November 2022 after getting engaged a month earlier.
The US Sun exclusively shared a video of their engagement. Tammy says yes to Caleb's offer in the rehab parking lot.
A source close to Tammy said: “She started dating Caleb in rehab and I'm glad they met in person and not online.”
Tammy announced her marriage to her fans via video. “You all know me as Tammy Slaton, but now you all know me as Mrs Tammy Willingham,” she said.
